• Invoice and visiting address

• Usage data within the WasteDesk application

• Providing and managing the WasteDesk service

• Customer and technical support
• Answering questions and demo requests

We take the security of personal data very seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss, theft and misuse. Staff with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality.

WasteDesk runs on the infrastructure of Hetzner, an ISO 27001-certified cloud provider based in the European Union. All data transfer takes place over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal data with third parties unless necessary to perform our services or required by law. When we use processors (such as hosting partners or email services), we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure your data is handled at an equivalent level of security.

5. Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the website to function correctly. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit the functionality of the website.

6. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Erasure — you can request deletion of your data

You can submit requests via info@wastedesk.io. We respond within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

7. Changes

Vesta Group B.V. reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly. For significant changes, we will actively inform you via email or a notification in the application.
